The Senior Associate, Security Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of physical security projects across the firm’s office portfolio. This role is being added to strengthen project delivery capacity in response to a significant increase in FY27 security project demand, including End-of-Life security infrastructure replacements, card reader upgrades, and future real estate construction and office projects.

The position will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, procurement, facilities, technology, and project delivery teams to ensure physical security projects are planned, scheduled, installed, commissioned, and handed off effectively. The role will help reduce delivery risk, improve project oversight, support stakeholder communications, and create additional resiliency within the physical security project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate physical security projects involving DVR systems, CCTV camera systems, security panels, access control infrastructure, and related security technology replacements.
  • Support delivery of the FY27 End-of-Life security project portfolio, including coordination activities across vendors, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communications, installation oversight, and project reporting.
  • Assist with the execution and tracking of card reader upgrade work planned for FY27.
  • Coordinate security planning and implementation activities for new real estate construction and office projects through 2030, including access control, CCTV deployment, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • Maintain project schedules, status updates, issue logs, and reporting materials to support visibility across multiple concurrent security projects. This responsibility is proposed based on the business case’s stated need for improved project execution, reporting, and oversight.
  • Serve as a coordination point between physical security, vendors, procurement, workplace/facilities teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders to keep project activities aligned and moving forward. This responsibility is proposed based on the business case’s stated need for vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Support installation oversight, commissioning activities, and operational handoff to ensure completed security projects are ready for steady-state support.
  • Help identify project risks, schedule constraints, resource conflicts, and delivery issues early so they can be escalated and addressed. This responsibility is proposed based on the business case’s identified risks of project delays, reduced oversight, aging infrastructure delays, and operational disruptions.
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer, succession planning, and team continuity by documenting project information, lessons learned, and repeatable processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating projects, preferably in physical security, workplace technology, facilities, construction, real estate, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, schedules, vendors, and project dependencies.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder communications, project reporting, meeting coordination, and issue tracking.
  • Ability to work with internal business partners, vendors, procurement teams, technology teams, and facilities or workplace stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize project status, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly.
  • Working knowledge of security systems such as access control, CCTV, DVR/NVR systems, card readers, or security panels is preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a high-volume project environment with competing priorities and changing timelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
