WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB:
Develop enterprise execution capabilities across a portfolio of initiatives, products, and programs. Evolve execution capabilities across the organization by establishing governance, standards, coaching, talent development, and continuous improvement practices that support current-state delivery needs while advancing the organization's Agile transformation journey. Employ a delivery-agnostic, outcomes-focused approach, championing Lean-Agile principles while leveraging the most effective execution methods, practices, and governance models to achieve business objectives. Build organizational capability, develop execution talent, lead communities of practice, and partner with business and technology leaders to continuously improve how work is planned, prioritized, governed, and delivered.
The work location for this exciting opportunity is virtual. The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home and can be located anywhere in the United States but must work an east coast schedule.
WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
1. Lead and develop a team of Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and other execution-focused professionals, including performance management, coaching, succession planning, and capability development.
2. Lead and sustain enterprise Agile transformation efforts utilizing SAFe principles and practices, partnering with business and technology leaders to advance organizational agility and execution maturity.
3. Establish, implement, and continuously improve execution governance, standards, operating rhythms, metrics, and best practices across Agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery environments.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, teams, and stakeholders, promoting effective execution practices, organizational agility, continuous improvement, and value delivery.
5. Build, lead, and mature Communities of Practice that develop execution capabilities, promote knowledge sharing, and drive consistency across execution disciplines.
6. Foster a delivery-agnostic approach to execution by helping teams and leaders apply Agile, predictive, hybrid, or flow-based practices as appropriate to achieve business outcomes.
7. Partner with senior leaders to identify organizational impediments, improve execution effectiveness, increase transparency into risks and dependencies, and continuously enhance delivery performance across supported portfolios.

Scope: Establish operating policies and procedures that affect departments and subordinate sections and work units. Interpret company-wide policies and procedures. Develop budgets, schedules, and performance standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Management: 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Current SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification required.
• Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel required.
