Your Role:
This position supports the quality assurance processes within the QA Supply Chain department with a focus on transforming the way we work through continual improvement, ownership of transformative CAPAs and projects. The Senior Quality Assurance Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for improving site compliance, deploying risk-based oversight, and managing continual improvement projects both to eliminate waste and to enhance quality standards. This position will support the strategic transition to these new areas and will contribute to the continual growth of the site within the Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) framework.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver transformational and continual improvements for incoming material sampling and release.
- Deliver continual improvement for supplier and material quality.
- Transform paper processes into electronic.
- Establish new ways of working between partnering functions.
- Develop and deploy oversight principles that assures quality processes translate to quality products.
- Support the global integration of an E2E supply chain.
- Provide backup support to all aspects of QA Supply Chain with a specific focus on managing supplier changes and issues.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, etc.) or Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- 2+ years' experience in a quality assurance role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in technical writing.
