Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator – $16–$18/hr
Location: Bush Specialty Vehicles – Wilmington, OH

Bush Specialty Vehicles is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Purchasing Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong computer skills and a knack for organization.

Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels

• Create and process purchase orders

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking goods

What We’re Looking For

• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and typing

• MRP/ERP software experience a plus

• Inventory or purchasing experience preferred

• Willingness to learn new tasks — but computer skills are a must from day one

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on procurement.
• Experience in order management and inventory optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically and respond with urgency.
• Proficiency in ERP or MRP systems and other purchasing-related technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Primarily works in a warehouse environment with exposure to manufacturing operations.
• Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to travel occasionally for supplier visits or industry events, if necessary.
