You Will:
- Create and own product roadmap of migration and future of content management system of lucidmotors.com
- Define, prioritize, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements for both internal users and visitors to the website
- Manage integrations to other systems/tools with CMS as needed
- Continually monitor and analyze the website for performance, conduct audits, and implement necessary improvements
- Gather user feedback to identify product improvements and new feature opportunities
- Manage and communicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Govern user account creation and permissions, and workflows across the organization ensuring the right access for creators, publishers, etc.
- Author documentation as needed such as training materials and procedures
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management with background in content management systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid technical understanding of CMS functionalities and capabilities, with the ability to guide nontechnical teams through implementation and updates
- Understanding of web development technologies such as JavaScript, Next.js, React.js, RESTful API integration, and GraphQL
- Experience working with global and localized websites
- Proven track record of managing CMS projects from ideation to delivery
- Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Knowledge in all aspects of website technology, such as: site performance, SEO optimization, accessibility, etc.
- Interest and motivation to explore and investigate new concepts and technologies
- Experience with Contentful content management system, preferred.
- Experience with continuous integration tools, like GIT, JIRA, or Gitlab, preferred.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, preferred.
