None/Not RequiredThis position leads a large team of experienced Materials Associates focused on material handling, movements (physical / digital), and execution for the Fire Protection systems business. Reports into the materials group which also manages the logistics functions of Stockroom and Planning.
What You Will Do:
Leads cell transformation activities.
Ensures 100% auditable integrity of the cell.
Supervise a Stockroom Department of 25 employees.
Administer performance reviews and discipline for direct reports.
Improves turnaround time in cell to ensure the business attains high OTD.
Escalate situations where needed to appropriate manager and department.
Review’s configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment.
Drives improvement and assist with any technical issues that the team needs assistance with.
Ensures fast turnaround time, proper expediting of hot items, internal customer communication.
Holds staff accountable to following our thorough processes to ensure compliance to our policies and eliminate escalations.
Enhances process thoroughness and standard work to eliminate missing hardware, improve productivity of employees and accuracy of tasks.
Building and maintaining sound processes for strong cell integrity, troubleshooting, and breaking down cell issues, and maintaining and owning many reporting tools. (ex. Tier Board)

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

Experience in Logistics
Manufacturing experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Knowledge of Collins, Avionics and hRC Quality Management Systems
Customer and/or third party audit experience
