Overview:

The Publicis Media Business Platforms Team is developing solutions to support the business needs. The Project Manager Scrum Master is essential to ensuring Business Platforms products and services are successfully delivered (e.g. against scope, cost, time, quality) and maintained. The Project Manager Scrum Master will be responsible for acting as the Scrum Master for development teams to deliver business solutions. Includes oversight of full project lifecycle from inception to implementation with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams using agile methodologies and practices.

The Project Manager Scrum Master will participate in the estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting process, and ensure that each team meets their commitments. The Project Manager Scrum Master ensures quality of products and services. .

Job Description

• Plan, Implement and Manage concurrent projects using the agile framework including managing all scrum ceremonies
• Ensures there is a consistent application of project management methodologies and standards
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure successful product deployment
• Works closely with the product, deployment, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and assure delivery against key business objectives, priorities, expectation setting, etc. 
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams
• Critical/analytical thinking and problem solving
• Thrives in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Excellent organization and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• High energy level, strong team player and good work ethic
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

• 5 years project management experience
• 5 years product development experience 
• Hands-on experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with software/product development projects
• Solid understanding of product development life cycle as well as expert knowledge of the agile framework
• Experience working with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps, or equivalent
• Comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift due to business, product, or user needs
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master Certification
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both in person and written
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or an MBA
