As the Manager of Global Facilities Operations Systems, you will lead a geographically dispersed team responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of facilities operation system/platform and solutions across Micron’s global network. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation in facilities operations and maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor and develop staff, and deliver impactful solutions leveraging advanced analytics, AIoT technologies, and best-known methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Global Facilities Operations Systems team, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with site facilities, SMAI, IT, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative business processes and solutions.

  • Standardize and govern business processes, ensuring alignment, master data integrity, and compliance across the global network.

  • Oversee deployment and optimization of software platforms, I&C products, and AIoT solutions to enhance factory operations and labor efficiency.

  • Design and implement data analytics and modernization initiatives, supporting workflow improvements, operational excellence, and scalable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance or Engineering roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.

  • Proven project management abilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to compile executive-level reports and presentations.

  • Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging conventional boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience in Facilities Operations and Maintenance or Engineering

  • 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Experience with SAP PM/PS modules, SCADA platforms, FMCS platforms, and AIoT technologies

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and analytics tools (e.g., Angular, Python, C/C++, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBi, Microsoft O365).

  • PMP certification.

Additional Information

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10–20%).
