Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Architect to spearhead our organization's generative AI initiatives. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities, architecting and implementing solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms, conducting proof-of-concepts to assess their potential business value
• Develop architectural frameworks and best practices for AI integration, including considerations for security, scalability, and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead technical teams in the implementation of AI solutions, providing guidance on best practices and architectural decisions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration patterns, and implementation guidelines
• Establish governance frameworks for AI model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Partner with data science teams to optimize model performance and ensure successful production deployment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership roles
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including practical implementation of large language models and generative AI solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep knowledge of AI deployment patterns, MLOps practices, and production-grade AI system requirements
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization of large language models
• Proven track record of successful enterprise-scale AI solution implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including bias detection and mitigation
