Experienced Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist

We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate Geotech professionals, providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, mining and energy sectors.

Our Brisbane team is looking to bring on a Project or Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist subject to experience. This role will see you undertake field work, design and reporting of geotechnical projects with the support of other CMW personnel. You will work with the technical team and as a consultant, you will be developing
relationships with clients, specialist contractors, other consultants and suppliers

What You'll Need

• A Civil Engineering or Geology Degree
• Minimum of 5-10 years' experience, preferably in a geotechnical consultancy
• At least 2 years' experience in Australia
• Proven experience in geotechnical design within rock and soil
• Providing consistent technical quality of project delivery with occasional review and supervision
  required
• Manage financial progress and compliance of projects
• Carry out ground models analysis/design and reporting
• Ability to mentor junior engineers in the team
• Good interpersonal skills
• A full Australian drivers license
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to travel/support regional offices
