Job Summary
Kensington is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative who will support distribution partners and drive data-driven decision-making within the inside sales team. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing distribution relationships, ensuring accurate product setups, maintaining price rebate files, and tracking new product introductions. Additionally, the representative will monitor online listings, oversee account mapping and sales tracking, manage Salesforce bids, and support the field sales team.

Responsibilities
Distribution Partner Management
- Work directly with key distribution contacts to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee the accurate setup of products, pricing, and programs for distribution partners.
- Maintain the master price rebate file, ensuring that all applicable rebates are accurately recorded and applied.
- Track new product introduction (NPI) setup orders and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely and efficient product launches.
Online Excellence:
- Monitor key products to ensure accuracy of online listings, escalating any issues as needed.
Account Mapping and Sales Tracking
- Oversee account mapping and sales tracking processes, ensuring accurate alignment with sales managers.
- Review point-of-sale (POS) trends, identifying slow-moving and top-selling products, and proactively communicate opportunities or issues to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive new opportunities based on historical sales data.
Salesforce Bid Management
- Initial conversion of bids and leads into opportunities
- Assign new opportunities to correct sales person
- Process Sample requests
Performance Metrics and Feedback
- Gather and analyze feedback from the sales team, using this information to drive continuous improvement within the inside sales process.
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor promotional and NPI performance and communicate findings back to sales and RPM team
Support Field Sales Team
- Support Field Sales Team when traveling with follow up, product information, tracking
- Answer first line customer inquires on product questions, tracking, ETA
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree, in business, marketing, or communications or related field is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in sales, distribution, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
