Global Svc Specialist, Digital Librarian

<p>We are seeking an internal candidate to fill the role of Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian within our Content Management team. <br/> Digital Asset Librarian supports the effective use of the organization's digital asset management platform, working with colleagues across departments to enhance DAM platform utilization. <br/> DAM librarian applies the knowledge of our business processes to improve how we store, organize and utilize digital assets.</p> <h2>Functions &amp; Responsabilities</h2> <ul> <li>Curate and manage asset collection</li> <li>Provide regular reports and evaluations of the asset collection and DAM usage completion as per defined service metrics and SLAs</li> <li>Support on-going development and improvement of the DAM </li> <li>Perform quality checks on digital assets to ensure compliance with standards</li> <li>Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support via multiple channels</li> <li>Document new requests and requirements thoroughly</li> <li>Monitor and manage tickets in the support system</li> <li>Attend scheduled support calls</li> <li>Maintain and update documentation related to daily tasks</li> <li>Prepare regular reports to track tasks </li> <li>Attend monthly Champion calls</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in library science, business, information science, computer science or sociology Master's preferred</li> <li>Experience with digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo</li> <li>Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems preferred</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, OneNote, and Excel</li> <li>Customer service orientation with a proactive approach</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#IamBoehringerIngelheim because…</p> <p> </p> <p>We are continuously working to design the best experience for you.
