About the role

• The Manager of Center Applications is a pivotal role responsible for the seamless integration of new applications into existing IT infrastructures at Regent Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role implements new systems, monitors systems post-implementation, generates insightful reports for continuous improvement, and engages with stakeholders to build trust and lasting relationships.

What you'll do

• Needs Assessment: This involves conducting due diligence, collaborating with IT teams, and implementing strategies to ensure a harmonious integration process that minimizes disruptions. Application Managers work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendor partners, IT administrators, and system analysts, to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and are executed with precision.
• System Communications: Notification to relevant stakeholders about system disruptions, providing updates tailored for RSH Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) to ensure appropriate communications.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate internal processes to ascertain opportunities for improvement through software applications.
• Implementation Support:
• • Upgrade Management: Coordinate system upgrades and application rollouts with precision.
  • Vendor Performance Oversight: Manage external vendors to uphold performance expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Protocol Development: Create and enforce protocols and procedures governing the use of new software applications.  
  • System Optimization Planning: Strategically plan for Center System Optimization initiatives.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive process documents for ASC implementations.
• Employee Training: Coordinate corporate staff training and facilitate third party agreement with Center Administrator for staff on the utilization of new software applications.
• Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and adeptly manage project risks and resolve issues efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

A strong foundation in technical skills. Proficiency in the application process and quick adoption, maintenance, and familiarity with the latest technologies is essential. This includes staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills
