FP&A Senior Manager – Strategic Transformation

You'll lead high-impact initiatives that modernize planning and reporting processes, support investor communications, and ensure finance is always one step ahead in enabling the business.</p><p>This role offers high visibility across global leadership and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and execute transformation projects across FP&amp;A, improving planning cycles, forecasting accuracy, and executive-level reporting.</li><li>Own and evolve investor-facing financial reports and analysis, ensuring precision, clarity, and alignment with public company standards.</li><li>Partner closely with the FP&amp;A Director to drive strategic initiatives that align finance with the company’s long-term objectives.</li><li>Collaborate directly with Executive Group Management to support enterprise-wide transformation priorities and financial planning excellence.</li><li>Prepare high-impact financial analyses and materials for Shareholders and Board reporting, ensuring clear communication of performance, financial narratives and strategic insights.</li><li>Re-engineer and automate management reporting processes using best-in-class tools and practices.</li><li>Build compelling, insight-driven presentations for senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and investor relations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to align forecasts, budgets, and KPIs with evolving business strategies.</li><li>Ensure reporting frameworks are scalable, consistent, and compliant with the expectations of a publicly traded company.</li><li>Act as a finance transformation ambassador across the organization, championing change, modern tools, and smarter processes.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and competences</b></p><ul><li>At least 5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A with a proven track record of process improvement and implementing best practices in financial reporting</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
