Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers a hybrid work set-up with our Headquarter office, near Venlo in the Netherlands, being your main office location. </p><p>In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruiting, from candidate selection, sourcing on LinkedIn or other relevant platforms to interviewing, managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes. </p><p><strong>About your tasks: </strong></p><ul><li>Conduct <strong>full-cycle recruitment </strong>for roles in departments including but not limited to office functions such as finance, HR, legal, sustainability or facility management, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs. </li><li>Actively <strong>source candidates </strong>on platforms like LinkedIn, building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants. </li><li><strong>Use recruiting data</strong> to analyze and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement. </li><li><strong>Partner with hiring managers</strong> to define job requirements, coach them on interview best practices and work together to offer optimal candidate experience.  </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>Several years</strong> of experience in recruiting across different departments with a focus on corporate or office functions. </li><li>Deep understanding of recruiting for corporate functions on the Dutch market. Additional knowledge of cross-border (Germany-Netherlands) recruiting practices; French, Belgian or Italian market knowledge is a plus. </li><li>Background in recruiting for <strong>e-commerce</strong> firms or experience with fast-paced companies is a big plus. </li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>end-to-end recruiting</strong>, including LinkedIn sourcing, interviewing techniques, stakeholder management and using data to drive recruitment. </li><li>You're enthusiastic about taking on <strong>additional projects </strong>to make the recruiting process even better. </li><li>Business fluency in <strong>English</strong> and in <strong>either Dutch or German</strong> is required. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About your benefits: </strong></p><p>In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:  </p><ul><li><strong>Mobility:</strong> Not all employees live close to our office.
