Analyze service usage and performance data, make portfolio-level decisions, and oversee the lifecycle management process for services from conception to retirement. The Service Portfolio Manager will work with technical teams to evaluate, prioritize, and define service offerings as the clients System evolves. Collaborate with business analysis and customer success teams to align the overall portfolio with organizational goals and market demands. The Service Portfolio Manager will develop and maintain service-related strategy documentation, coordinate with communications to promote offerings, and implement portfolio management tools.
