Job Description

Primary Function of the Position

Product Managers play a critical role in Ion’s success by enabling cross‑functional teams to deliver differentiated, life‑changing instruments and accessories that improve patient outcomes and customer experience. The Product Manager, Ion Endoluminal is responsible for driving the development, launch, and lifecycle management of robotic instruments and accessories from initial investigation to commercialization and through end‑of‑life.

Working across multiple product franchises and geographies, and in close partnership with R&D, Product Operations, Manufacturing, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, this role serves as the central point of contact for downstream product management as well as bringing field insights into upstream investigations. Operating with moderate independence on complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives, the Product Manager provides strategic input into portfolio and roadmap development, translates voice‑of‑customer and field insights into actionable product requirements, and crafts compelling, data‑driven product narratives to influence tradeoff decisions and stakeholder alignment. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to connect big‑picture strategy to disciplined execution are essential to success in this role.
