The Sr. Plant Controller is an active contributor to the Finance Operations team, the person will play a key role in the coordination of the costing and operations performance tracking with the regional business organization.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Monitor plant controlling activities for two manufacturing sites, produce and analyze the reporting and scorecards for the plants accordingly with the Group and Financial procedures
• Support and challenge the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization and investment decisions
• Participate to Period End Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration team, manage and drive the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget process for the plants.
• Review and set the annual standard costs and ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines on standard costing, contribute to build up the performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement
• Develop Financial and Controlling culture and behavior in the plant, especially through Controlling Manual promotion and improvement, Lead all costing and inventories management activities together with local supply chain management, F&A and other Controllers
• Participate to Control and Audit activities led by F&A, and develop High Level Control activities to strengthen ICS, analyze and comment the COGS variances of the plant in accordance with the Group Controlling & Financial procedures

You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Business and Economy or Master in Finance
• 5 + years’ work experience in Manufacturing cost accounting / controlling with a relevant experience in product cost accounting
• Ability to challenge, to lead discussions, influence ideas and convey opinions at Executive meetings and also have the ability to deliver in time and cope with tight deadlines
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills
• Proficient with all IT solutions, SAP and Excel being a must
• Experienced in working with multi-cultural team throughout the world
