Senior Manager, Market Development

Job Description

We’re looking for Senior Manager, Market Development, to join Procore’s GTM Strategy. In this role, you will lead a team of Market Development Representatives across several exciting corporate priorities related to building the Procore Construction network and product-led growth.

This position will be responsible for leading a team within the GTM Strategy Department at Procore, as well as collaborating with leaders from Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop new go-to-market strategies for Procore’s continued growth!

This position will report to the Head of GTM Strategy and will be based in Austin, TX.

What you’ll do:

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of Market Development Representatives that are responsible for signing up accounts in the Procore Construction Network 
• Be the point person for major company strategic initiatives 
• Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and manage a team towards Annual KPIs
• Operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business
• Conduct daily activities, including:
  • TAM Management and Account Distribution
  • Conducting Call Reviews with the MDR team
  • Provide feedback on PQL progress and KPIs
  • Maintain Salesforce records

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $124,446-$147,775 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $177,780-$211,105. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
