The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Project Engineer in Capital Engineering you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing project estimates, plans and proposals, and coordinating project approvals
• Managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully deliver to approved project commitments
• Specifying equipment and facilities performance and design criteria
• Defining and executing competitive bidding and project delivery strategies
• Communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance to applicable codes, guidelines, and standards

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and (2) two or more years of capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND (6) six years of experience in capital project management, process engineering, product engineering and/or manufacturing engineering in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience managing capital projects, with a strong track record of successful project schedule, scope and cost delivery
• Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants
• Demonstrated project management, communication, facilitation, influencing and teaching/coaching skills
• Ability to energize teams, promote teamwork and maintain positive morale

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. I
