Raytheon is seeking a member for their Tariff Response Team. This opportunity will be supporting mission and product support sub-mission areas in Raytheon with Military Duty Free (MDF) entitlements. In this role, the candidate will support the Tariff Response Team Lead in all aspects of MDF execution.

What You Will Do:

• Support Military Duty Free (MDF) entitlements throughout Raytheon in a combination of tasks:
• Data entry, follow-up, communicating with suppliers, and cross-functional Raytheon team 
• Perform and manage data entries into Raytheon and U.S. Government websites 
• Maintain MDF submission forms
• Manage MDF email inbox
• Review documents for incomplete or inconsistent information with the ability to communicate errors back to requestors in detail
• Gather status reports and look for streamlining opportunities

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Logistics
• Prior work experience with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, and/or Excel including Pivot Tables).
• Prior work experience with the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) application
• Experience with SAP

• Experience interfacing with all levels of internal management.
• Experience working with suppliers.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
