• Competitive Hourly Rate: $35–$50 per hour ($72,800–$104,000 annual base salary)
• On-Call Compensation: $145 for scheduled on-call duties

Your Impact as a Commercial HVAC Technician
In this dynamic role, you’ll keep commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems running smoothly while delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ice machines.
• Troubleshooting and assessing systems to recommend and execute repairs, minimizing downtime.
• Conducting preventive maintenance and proposing enhancements to optimize performance.
• Responding promptly to emergency service requests with professionalism.
• Collaborating with a dedicated support team of dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Contributing to facility-related projects and providing insights to improve operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
• Certifications: EPA Certification required; O6A license preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs., carry 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces (e.g., crawlspaces, attics).
• Skills: Expertise in servicing, installing, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, with strong customer service and independent problem-solving abilities. Experience with industry software is a plus but not required.
• Additional Requirements: Willingness to wear PPE, flexibility for overtime and occasional travel, and ability to pass drug, background, and driver’s license checks. Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.
