The PROJECT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST will provide project operations support, including quality customer service via the call center, perform a range of administrative and logistical tasks, and support teams in providing quality work to our clients at the Department of Justice and Health and Human Services, among others in support of victim service providers and lived experience experts across the country.

What You Will Do
- Support client Call Centers to include monitoring, responding to, and triaging incoming calls from the field (this includes phone, e-mail, and online chat requests)
- Draft and process subcontracting agreements and invoices
- Review and track consultant applications, assignments, agreements, and payments across the contract
- Data collection and data entry for project reports and tracking systems
- Assist with project quality control through activities such as proofing, records keeping, and ensuring compliance with project SOPs
- Provide technical support for delivery of webinars and virtual events using various platforms
- Provide 508 document remediation for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Support learning management system implementation and administration
- Perform other related duties as assigned
The work will require collaboration with a variety of client and project points of contact. The candidate must be organized and capable of managing time effectively, plan and carry out concurrent activities, and must display decisiveness, diplomacy and sound judgment in addressing callers needs on call center. The candidate must be able to multi-task, and display sensitivity to the confidential nature of federal client work and of the communications between ICF and clients.
Your Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years experience in operational support.
- Minimum 1 year in coordinating complex projects.
- US citizenship required by federal government contract.
- This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation to obtain clearance PRIOR to the start date.
Additional skills we expect you to have
- Ability to create and manage timelines, and collaborate with other teams to complete a project deliverable
- Strong proofreading skills with careful attention to detail
- Strong writing and notetaking skills, and in compiling meeting notes
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of the general nature of the criminal justice, victim services, and victims’ rights field
- Experience providing customer service and answering phones

- Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing, demonstrated highly professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with various levels of internal staff, as well as clients, grantees, and vendors as needed
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
