Wholesale Customer Service Internship

The Wholesale CS Intern will provide wholesale support for both Peter Millar and GFORE brands with order management and operation functions.  Focus will be primarily with assisting Strategic Partnership’s such as USGA, Collegiate and Corporate teams. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide information and analysis to customers as well as the sales and management team regarding order fulfillment, order status and inventory availability
• Field customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses and solutions. 
• Oversee effective and efficient customer order management
• Team with Outside Sales Representatives to manage accounts within defined sales territories to ensure order fulfillment and timeliness targets are met as well as address day-to-day tasks and requests.
• Order entry and maintenance.
• Work closely with all internal teams to create and follow the best processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution to all inquiries.

COMPETENCIES:

• Extremely proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with focus on driving positive results to the bottom line
• Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional team
• Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently
• Be comfortable with building and maintaining strong relationships with our customer

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
