Associate Management Reporting (m/f/d)

<p>       </p> <h2><strong>Your tasks</strong></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Prepare the management reporting for actuals, forecasts, and budgets and implement processes and tools to monitor and steer the financial performance of RTL Group and its subsidiaries.</li> <li>Review reported financial information for consistency and quality and ensure alignment of internal and external reporting during quarterly closings in close collaboration with RTL Group Financial Reporting.</li> <li>Conduct the long-term planning and budget planning of RTL Group and provide in-depth analyses to the Management and Board.</li> <li>Develop and implement reporting solutions, processes and KPI frameworks to support Management decisions, supply financial data to other headquarter departments and ensure alignment of reporting standards with RTL Group’s subsidiaries.</li> </ul> <h2><br/><strong>Your profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>You have successfully completed studies in Media, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Business Administration or any other relevant field.</li> <li>Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.</li> <li>Around 3-5 years of professional experience in management reporting or finance controlling, also through internships.</li> <li>Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment.</li> <li>Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories.</li> <li>Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Experience with finance systems and BI solutions, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Financial Consolidation, FluenceXL and OneStream is a strong plus.</li> <li>Fluency in English, proficiency in German and/or French language is a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <h2><strong>Your Team</strong></h2> <p>Around 150 colleagues from 15 nations make up RTL Group's Corporate Centers in Cologne and Luxembourg.
