NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work remotely with our global client.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate Fraud solutions throughout the implementation process. Understanding software packages and creating deployment plans to carry them out.
  • Ensure that the dates committed to the client are met in the projects in which they participate.
  • Raise and manage risks during the life of the project.
  • Help business with tests and doubts in all implementation processes.
  • Coordinate with change management to deploy efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or another related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience integrating software solutions.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in fraud prevention and fraud risk.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL-related disciplines):
    • Change management
    • Configuration management
    • Asset management
    • Incident management
    • Problem management
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and communication skills in both business and technical environments.
  • Demonstrates flexibility within a variety of changing situations, while working with individuals and groups.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, judgment, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to take responsibility for personal growth and acquires strategies for gaining new knowledge, behaviors, and skills.
