ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year-round

This position is responsible to safely smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete.  Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements)

As a successful Concrete Finisher you will have:

1. Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations is preferred
2. 2+ years experience finishing concrete
3. Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays
4. Our crews work 50-65 hours per week, weather depending
