Workday Data Conversion Analyst

The work: 

• Support the Data Conversion work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Support the Data Conversion Lead in architecting Workday Data Conversion solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. 

Here is what you need:

• Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
• Consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
• Hands-on Workday Data experience and full life cycle Workday implementations
• US Citizenship required

Bonus points if:

• Prior Federal HR/IT Experience
• Developed understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Reporting/Analytics
• Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
