The Role

We're looking for an AI Data Manager who gets excited about the foundation of great AI: exceptional data. You'll be the architect behind the datasets that power our generative video technology, working directly with our researchers to fuel breakthrough models that millions of creators use.

Think of yourself as the bridge between raw information and AI brilliance—you'll build the pipelines, curation strategies, and quality systems that help our models see and understand the world better.

What a Typical Week Might Look Like

• Grabbing coffee with a researcher to brainstorm how to solve a thorny data quality issue

• Digging into evaluation results to figure out why certain visual concepts aren't working

• Celebrating when your new annotation workflow cuts labeling time in half

• Sending a Slack message to the team about an exciting pattern you found in user data

• Drawing on a whiteboard to explain your vision for a new data pipeline architecture

• Testing a wild idea you had about generating synthetic examples

Your Background Looks Something Like

• You've probably spent 2+ years getting your hands dirty with AI data operations

• You've built pipelines that didn't break under pressure and annotation workflows that actually made sense to humans

• You understand the art and science of curating datasets and have a good feel for what makes models learn effectively

• You're comfortable with cloud tech and data tools

• You're not just a technical wizard—you're also someone who can explain complex data concepts to different teams

• You excel at keeping everyone aligned while juggling multiple data priorities
