Recruiting Analyst

The Recruiting Analyst role will be responsible for our client’s high volume hourly hiring activities associated with logistics industry in the US market. This job involves working through the recruitment process from application, offer discussion, and scheduling orientation. This role is accountable for delivering the work assigned meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations.
• Manage the various aspects of the Recruitment Process: e.g. conducting a phone interview, scheduling interviews, making verbal offers, etc.
• Disposition candidates throughout the process when not automated and ensure the completion of onboarding forms and background checks.
• Operate within and achieve high volume monthly demand fulfillment targets across hubs and distribution centers.
• Extending formal offer on holding a conversation with the candidate address all key aspects as per the defined script, effectively responding to questions during the conversation.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Achieve Service Levels: Ensures we are meeting required Service Levels both from turnaround time (TAT) requirements and accuracy
• Brainstorms and highlights continuous improvement ideas

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work across all US time zones as needed by the business

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• General understanding of recruitment life cycle
• Experience working in large teams and serving clients

Professional Skills Requirements: 

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to get work done on time and accurately
• Passion to deliver hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SL) while operating under optimal levels of productivity capacity utilization

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
