About the role

We are seeking someone to work fulltime in our sushi kiosk as an assistant chef/ kitchen assistant. Experience is not needed as we could train you if you registered in arbetsformedlingen for startup job support and got approval. Work time is flexible between 6am to 5pm (8hr shift) based on sales requirement. The work is performed in a compact high-volume sushi kiosk (only take away) located within a supermarket environment. Key responsibilities Assist in preparing sushi and related food products as per the given menu in accordance with quality and hygiene standards Ensure compliance with food hygiene, food safety, allergen, and labelling requirements Support sales with customer interaction and do tasting to improve sales. Required qualifications Good health and fitness. Willingness to learn and skills to cooperate and coordinate with colleagues to work together in a compact sushi kiosk. English communication skills Swedish language skills to read labels and interact with customer Preferred qualifications Experience of working in a franchise environment for sushi making or restaurants Food safety and hygiene related trainings
