Your tasks:

You are a key driver for technical excellence / supporting our sales team, national application engineers, and customers worldwide in their respective applications. With a clear focus on value creation, you support customers throughout the entire process chain, adding value through expertise, technical know-how, and in-depth product knowledge.

• Provide expert support to sales and application engineering teams worldwide

• Collaborate with customers and national organizations to discuss technical specifications

• Transfer technical know-how within the organization and act as a link between Sales force, customers, product management, and R&D, while working closely with the production team on special tools

• Contribute to the specification of product improvements and further developments, and support the introduction of new products and market trials - globally

• Supporting marketing strategies to promote new products, including conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and using these insights to guide product development and marketing efforts

Your profile:

• Technical education and many years of relevant professional experience or a bachelor's/master's degree combined with several years of relevant professional experience or equivalent qualifications gained through extensive practical experience

• Deep and broad know-how in machining

• Willingness to travel up to 50% and very good English skills

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas

• Business-oriented mindset and approach

Legally required notice in Austria: Minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (G) is € 59.766,98 gross per year, paid over 14 installments. The actual offer takes market prices, qualifications and professional experience into account.
