Position OverviewWe are looking for a Head Coach who can make our members and staff feel seen, and that they’re the heartbeat of Orangetheory Fitness. The Head Coach will play an integral role in the health of their studio. They will be responsible for meeting and exceeding key performance indicators such as workout traffic, utilization, 120-day retention, closing percentage, and more. Working closely with the General Manager, they will oversee all aspects of the fitness component of the studio from class schedule, fitness challenges, member engagement, and coach development.
As a Head Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals through coach consultations. 
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits.
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Conduct quarterly coach evaluations and monthly coach scorecards. 
• Complete member outreach through Member Management portal. 
• Facilitate monthly fitness workshops for continued development of your coaches. 
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order. 
• Recruit and onboard CPT candidates. 
• Positive attitude and being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• AED/CPR certified 
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
