Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and onboarding licensed real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about identifying talent that aligns with our values and vision. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our team of agents who drive our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality real estate agents.
• Source candidates through online platforms, networking events, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and relevant organizations.
• Screen Candidates, conduct interviews, and review assessments to identify agents with the right experience, skills, and cultural fit for Story Homes.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring goals and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
• Represent Story Homes at real estate industry events to enhance our brand and attract talent.
• Track recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-hire, and placement success.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices in the real estate industry.
• Responsibilities will include recruiting corporate employees as needed for various departmental needs.

Requirements

• Have prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring in general.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and team members.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for sourcing.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
