Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, the Senior Facility Manager role involves the responsibility for managing, coordinating, and <b>overseeing various functions of the facilities organization for the 3 Manufacturing Sites in Zalaegerszeg. </b></span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Responsible for the maintenance of office, manufacturing, warehouse, truck yards, parking, and landscaped areas and equipment and housekeeping of the aforementioned facilities</span></li><li><span>Responsible for alteration of office, manufacturing, warehouse, truck yards, parking, and landscaped areas and all equipment within the buildings, as well as layouts, arrangements, as required by business</span></li><li><span>Identify and supervise implementation of energy saving projects, cost reduction and cost avoidance projects</span></li><li><span>Coordinate, manage and direct the design, planning, construction and alteration of building and building structures, equipment, machinery, - and other facilities infrastructures</span></li><li><span>Plan, budget and schedule various facilities modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts and contracts for construction and rentals</span></li><li><span>Responsible for tracking performance over the lifetime of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, lighting and all other facility equipment.</span></li><li><span></span><span>Act as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies</span></li><li><span>Inspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities</span></li><li><span>Responsible for the building regulatory compliance</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>8 years of experience in Facilities Engineering or any related field</span></li><li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial level position </span></li><li><span></span><span>Experience in leading Facility and services in a manufacturing environment (with a population not less than 500 employees)</span></li><li><span>Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering)</span></li><li><span></span><span>Negotiation level of English and fluency in Hungarian</span></li><li><span>Strong analytical & decision making skills</span></li><li><span>Excellent people and process management skills</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Benefits: Company car, Bonus, Cafeteria</span></li><li><span>Unrestricted work schedule </span></li><li><span>Opportunity for continuous professional development provided by various and challenging tasks</span></li><li><span>Stable, dynamically developing multinational corporate background</span></li><li><span>Unique, forward-looking manufacturing technologies, professional work environment</span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span>AO16</span></p><p><span>annaokros</span></p><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p></p><p></p><p><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p></p><p></p><p>Optional Skills:</p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
