You’ll orchestrate multi-practice teams (Cloud, Automation/Data &amp; AI, Networking, Security, Digital Workplace, Core Infra/Mainframe) to deliver measurable business value.</p><p>You will still excel at plan/build/run cadence and financial stewardship—but your differentiation is your <b>ability to dive deep</b> with architects and engineers, challenge designs, understand failure modes, and turn complex technical risks into executable mitigation plans.</p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li><b>Own end-to-end technical delivery</b>: plan, execute, and control scope, budget, schedule, and quality across complex programs and workstreams.</li><li><b>Drive architecture &amp; design alignment</b>: lead or participate in HLD/LLD reviews, design authorities, ADRs, threat modeling, and readiness checks; ensure designs follow best practices (e.g., AWS Well-Architected, Azure CAF, Google Architecture Framework).</li><li><b>Manage non-functional requirements</b>: define and track SLAs/SLOs/SLIs, <span>capacity/performance,</span> resilience, backup/DR, observability, and security-by-design controls.</li><li><b>Guide technical execution</b>: coordinate epics/stories with engineering (Agile/Scrum/SAFe), manage environments and release plans (CI/CD), and ensure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation are used where practical.</li><li><b>Mitigate technical risk early</b>: run dependency mapping, failure scenario analysis, test strategy (unit/integration, performance, chaos where applicable), and cutover/backout planning.</li><li><b>Operationalize delivery</b>: ensure runbooks, KBs, and <span>handover-to-operations</span> (ITIL/ITSM) are complete; stand up monitoring/alerting dashboards and SRE practices for steady-state.</li><li><b>Assure security &amp; compliance</b>: coordinate IAM, network segmentation/zero trust, vulnerability &amp; patch processes, data protection, and policy adherence (e.g., NIST/ISO 27001).</li><li><b>Manage stakeholders &amp; vendors</b>: lead customer-facing technical forums, change control (CAB), partner/supplier deliverables, and executive-ready reporting that links technical progress to business outcomes.</li><li><b>Optimize cost &amp; performance</b>: partner with FinOps to track cloud spend, right-size resources, and recommend architectural optimizations.</li><li><b>Uplift the team</b>: ensure the right skills are on the field; mentor junior PMs and engineers in delivery best practices and technical excellence</li></ul><p><br/><b><span>Who You Are</span></b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Mandatory certifications</b>:<ul><li><b>PMP</b> (Project Management Professional) or <b>PRINCE2 Practitioner</b>.</li></ul></li><li><b>Technical PM experience</b> delivering complex <span>infrastructure/cloud/security/networking/DWP/mainframe</span> projects at scale.</li><li>Ability to <b>read, challenge, and communicate</b> architecture and design (HLD/LLD), sequence/data flows, and infra topologies; comfortable facilitating design authorities.</li><li>Proven use of <b>Agile</b> methods (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) with enterprise <b>governance</b> (RAID, change control, financials).</li><li>Practical understanding of <b>IaC, CI/CD, and observability</b> (e.g., Terraform, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins, <span>Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/Splunk/Dynatrace/AppDynamics).</span></li><li>Strong grounding in <b>security-by-design</b> and compliance, with the ability to translate requirements into concrete delivery tasks.</li><li>Customer-facing leadership with excellent communication, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills in <b>English</b>.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on depth in some of the Kyndryl technical domains: Cloud, ADAI, Networking, Security, Digital Workplace, Core Infra/Mainframe); <b>breadth across two or more is a plus</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>cloud <span>migrations/modernization</span></b>, container platforms, and platform SRE/operations.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>FinOps</b> practices and cost/perf optimization in hyperscalers.</li><li>ITIL Foundation; Agile certifications (Scrum/SAFe) are a plus.</li></ul><p><br/><b><span>Being You</span></b></p><p><span>Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
