Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Meadow Lakes is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team!

Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are seeking a full-time, (7am-7pm) RN with experience in supervision and clinical management to join our team. The position is responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Make rounds to observe residents and nursing care on all units.
• Review and evaluate resident care plans with staff.
• Provide quality resident care by utilizing the abilities and capabilities of staff members.
• Integrate the nursing plan with the medical care prescribed.
• Provide for the proper transcription and execution of physician orders.
• Responsible for proper and accurate documentation and maintenance of clinical records.
• Provide direct resident care as needed.
• Responsible for delivery of care to residents in independent living (i.e., medications, treatments, physician’s orders, and emergencies) so long as the appropriate license is    held.
• Assist and direct personnel in organization of workload to meet the needs of the residents.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of nursing personnel on all units.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Valid and current NJ RN License
• CPR Certified
• 2 Years’ experience in a LTC or AL setting required
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred
• BSN Degree preferred

Pay Range: $52.00 - $55.00 / hr

Shift Available: 7am-7pm
