About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager at EdgeTier you'll work closely with teams across the business to make sure EdgeTier's products deliver real value by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

This role will see you taking ownership of key product areas while you shape and deliver features that make a real impact. You'll work closely with design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure that every feature EdgeTier delivers is well integrated into the broader platform experience.

What You'll Do

  • Defining Product Requirements: Translate business needs into clear, structured product requirements.

  • Prioritising Features & Managing the Backlog: Work with stakeholders to determine what gets built and when, balancing impact and feasibility.

  • Supporting Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with our engineering teams to keep development on track.

  • Working with Engineering & UX Teams: Work with UX designers to define intuitive flows that deliver on requirements. Ensure technical implementations align with business goals.

  • Driving Product Launches: Collaborate with marketing and customer success to document the how-to behind new features, providing clarity and helping drive adoption.

  • Gathering Customer Feedback: Conduct user research and competitive analysis to validate and refine features before launch.

Who You Are

You're an Associate Product Manager, a Junior Product Manager, or a Product Owner with previous success working with a SaaS product or working within a data driven environment. You'll also be a strong relationship builder capable of translating and driving plans for new features across a variety of different audiences.

You'll Need:

  • 2 years of experience defining and delivering fast-paced product roadmaps for multiple teams.

  • Previous experience with a B2B SaaS product or experience working on a data visualisation or analytics product.

  • Proficiency in product/software development management tools (we use Linear and Notion)

  • The ability to translate business needs and user requirements into clear, actionable tasks for developers.

  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills to align teams and drive collaboration.

  • The ability to work independently and take initiative to move us forward.

  • Experience gathering and analysing user feedback to inform product decisions.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practice to ensure a seamless user experience.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Figma and product design processes.

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

  • Great writer who can define step-by-step How-To documentation for users.

  • Knowledge of B2B platforms and customer service analytics.
