Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Security Education Training Awareness Training Officer, to join our team in Springfield, VA.
CLEARANCE
- Active TS/SCI clearance (existing clearance required to start)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
LOCATION

OVERVIEW
- The Security Education Training Awareness (SETA) Officer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the development, facilitation, and implementation of a multi-disciplinary security training and awareness curriculum for SCI programs.
- Requires excellent writing and speaking skills, creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.
- Onsite work is required due to the classified nature and location of the program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School/GED with 8+ years experience, Master’s degree with 2+ years experience, Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience, or Associate’s degree with 6+ years experience
- Experience in creating a security training program for a large program office
- Experience in creating recurring schedules
- Experience conducting briefs to large audiences
- Experience tracking training certificates and updating training records
- Working knowledge of DODM 5200.01 Vol.1-3
- Working knowledge of ICD 700 and 703
- Working knowledge of E.O. 13526
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
- At least 3 years experience building briefs using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training Curriculums
NICE TO HAVE
- Ability to balance policy requirements with program mission and timelines
- Ability to develop Annual Program Security and SCI Refresher Training
- Knowledge of DoD and IC training requirements and ability to implement them seamlessly
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with DODM 5205.07, Vol. 1-4
- Familiarity with ICS 703-01
