About the Role:Join PC Home Health as a Non-Medical Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in the DFW area. We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide essential support and companionship to those in need, ensuring they live comfortably and safely at home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or social activities.
• Administer medication reminders as required.
• Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with clients and their families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving is a plus.
• Prior experience in a caregiving role or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
