You'll partner with technology, operational and functional business leaders to gain insights into the needs of the business.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>As Senior Product Manager, TripSource, you will</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Work in partnership with internal business stakeholders to formulate and prioritize product development roadmap</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Take the initiative to discover business logic flaws, data imperfections, potential product enhancements, and drive product improvement</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Translate high-level requirements into detailed business requirements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Use your knowledge of our products to suggest improvements to product requirements</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Challenge proposed stakeholder solutions and solve for the underlying problem </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Monitor the development calendar; know where your features are in development at all times by working closely with development and QA teams and manage blockers and dependencies.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Manage expectations of product delivery scope and timelines with internal stakeholders by driving trade-off discussions and communicating accurate timelines to all stakeholders. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Know how the platform works and be the expert that helps us get the most out of existing capabilities. </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work in partnership on all business readiness activities, such as product demos, product documentation, acceptance testing, and rollout.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><b>About you</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Prior experience in the travel industry domain preferred</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Prior experience in  product management </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to drive projects to completion with little guidance</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Analytical ability, demonstrated by being able to quickly grasp and break apart complex concepts into logical, understandable, and sequenced development steps</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Technically oriented with strong attention to detail. You must understand the product and business logic, data sources and uses, technical limitations, and feature inter-dependencies</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to quickly learn about new technologies and gain a deep understanding of existing products</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience working in JIRA projects</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Experience using Postman to work with APIs.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ability to analyze system logs to address research questions.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Skilled in using browser developer tools to effectively diagnose UI issues.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>About us </b><br/> We’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
