Quality Specialist IV / 3rd Shift

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to improve individual and team performance
- Participate in projects and process improvements that support continuous improvement
- Analyze performance metrics to identify issues and provide recommendations to management
- Assist with planning and preparation of departmental quality and procedural reviews
- Understand and identify error trending and effectively communicate results
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Thorough knowledge of Receivables' products and services is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide feedback
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in the environment
- Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy and problem solving
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Prefer a minimum of 1+ years quality specialist/audit or related experience
- Excel expertise a plus
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm- 7:00 am
Shift Differential: 15%
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residence
