Job Description
LACROIX Electronics North America is opening a Finance Business Partner position to support our plant operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Role Overview:
As the Finance Business Partner for our plant operations, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the FP&A system, ensuring efficient data control, and managing the P&L effectively. Collaborating closely with the management team and the CFO, you will contribute to building and monitoring the annual budget of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively optimize the P&L, challenging management decisions when necessary.
- Implement efficient systems, workflows, and tools to enhance financial processes.
- Collaborate with the management team and CFO to build and monitor the annual budget.
- Monitor risk management for the plant, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Key Targets & Expected Results:
- Proactively approach P&L optimization, contributing to enhanced financial efficiency.
- Provide timely and insightful risk management analysis, offering relevant recommendations to mitigate potential challenges.
