How you will make history here…

As a Business Analyst of Enterprise Data Solutions, you will bridge business and IT by clarifying requirements, profiling and analyzing data, and enabling trusted data products. You will ensure data meets governance standards, business expectations, and is discoverable and usable for decision making.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to articulate complex data concepts in practical terms. You will partner with stakeholders across business functions and IT to author data quality rules, drive adoption of governance practices, and support delivery of trusted, high-value data assets.

What you will do…

  • Gather and document business requirements through structured workshops, interviews, and analysis.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for delivery teams.

  • Perform data profiling and baseline assessments to measure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, validity, and uniqueness.

  • Identify anomalies, differentiate between defects and legitimate business exceptions, and document business impacts.

  • Author and maintain business-driven data quality rules (thresholds, tolerances, and definitions) in partnership with business stewards.

  • Facilitate business sign-off for rules, definitions, KPIs, and glossary terms to ensure alignment and ownership.

  • Partner with Data Engineers to hand off approved rules for technical implementation

  • Support UAT by developing test cases, coordinating with users, and validating results.

  • Guide stakeholders through change management to ensure adoption and trust in new data solutions.

  • Enrich data assets with business context (definitions, lineage, KPIs) in the enterprise data catalog.

You’ll report to the Associate Director, Enterprise Data Management and Governance and collaborate closely with:

  • Business stakeholders across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.)

  • Data Engineers and IT teams

  • Data Governance and Analytics teams

What you bring to the table…

  • Minimum education required: B.S. or B.A. in business, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, or a related field. (Minimum Qualification)

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Governance Analyst, or similar role. (Minimum Qualification)

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and business process analysis.

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
