Production Worker - Afternoon Shift

Role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Production Team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for dependable team players who consistently show up on time and take pride in their work. Candidates must be flexible and available to work both day and night shifts based on business needs. Additionally, team members may be assigned to different areas within the production department as required.
Schedule : 3pm - 12:30pm

Responsibilities

• Working with a knife cutting/ trimming turkey and chicken
• Repetitive tasks on rotation.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of food production experience
• Deboning experience is a must or be willing to learn
• Knife skills are a must or be willing to learn
• High school education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player or work independently when required
• Able to work in a cold environment
• Physically fit
• First Aid Level 1 or 2 certificate would be an asset
• Forklift or power jack certificate would be an asset
