Contract: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Victoria, AU Time

What You’ll Do

Design Responsibilities

• Develop branding assets for new products and business launches, including logos and visual identity packages.
  
• Design social media templates, such as “Just Listed” posts, memes, testimonials, and before-and-after showcases.
  
• Create visually engaging promotional lead magnets, eBooks, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials.
  
• Design digital product brochures, offer campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
  
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality designs that align with client goals and vision.
  
• Focus exclusively on digital design—no print design required.
  

• Experience: 3+ years in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing assets, and digital design work.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a passion for creating beautiful, functional designs.
  
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and explore new tools and trends, including no-code platforms and AI.
  
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present and explain creative choices effectively.
  
  

Other Nice-to-Haves (in order of priority)

• Experience with Webflow for basic content management websites (e.g., real estate portfolios).
  
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools like SocialBee.
  
• Basic video editing skills or a willingness to learn platforms such as Descript.
  
• Familiarity or interest in no-code website design tools (e.g., Wix, Tilda, Umso).
  
• Knowledge of tools like Jotform, Airtable, and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
  
• Understanding of paid advertising campaigns, engagement strategies, and analytics.
