As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and leading cross-team strategic initiatives on a wide range of topics to help Qonto grow and meet its business objectives. You will also lead strategic assessments (including M&A) to help Qonto grow even faster.
You will work closely with Senior Management and collaborate with various Qonto teams — including Growth, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, and People — ensuring cross-functional coordination to successfully execute your missions.
👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Strategic Project Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Lead Strategic Projects: Drive a variety of cross-team strategic initiatives, such as growth & pricing strategy, GTM strategy, product strategy, from conception to implementation.• Conduct Strategic and M&A Assessments: Identify and evaluate new strategic opportunities for Qonto. Develop M&A investment theses, conduct in-depth opportunity analyses, and perform strategic due diligence to support informed decision-making.• Provide Strategic Support to Leadership: Partner closely with the leadership team as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance to amplify their effectiveness and drive business impact.

🤝 About your future Manager
Your future manager will be Cédrick, our Strategy lead.• Prior to joining Qonto, Cédrick worked in Strategy Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, M&A due diligence, and growth strategies. He also gained entrepreneurial experience by co-founding an e-commerce startup. • Cédrick has been with Qonto for 4.5 years, where he has led and scaled the Strategic Projects team. He brings deep expertise in both strategy and execution within the Fintech sector.
