Job Summary:

Qorvo's R&D software team is seeking a talented software engineer. The ideal candidate chosen for this role will provide user friendly, seemlessly integrated software for improved design methodologies, faster visualization of results, process control and improvements, and general automation. The candidate will use Python, and C++ in conjunction with existing software and APIs. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Data processing: clean up, synthesis, engineered features, etc.
• Design of neural networks
• Debugging of neural networks

 

Qualifications:

• Degree: Computer Science with focus on Machine Learning
• Good Python/C++ programming capabilities
• Length (9 months availability: Full time first 3 months, part time last 6 months)
• Moderate Version control skills utilizing Git
• Supervised Machine Learning focus is preferred
• Familiarity with the use of IDEs
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data-structures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, detail oriented, and responsible team-player
