Target Range:

$120,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

AVP, FP&A supports the company through management reporting on progress & performance. The primary function of this role is to provide insights on historical actuals, determine what it means and help the CFO in making forecast decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, aligning them with both short- and long-term strategic goals
• Monitor and track budget vs. actual results, preparing variance analyses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Create, enhance, and manage financial models to support business analysis and decision-making
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including scenario planning, to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities
• Identify key business drivers, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance and reduce risks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, presenting insights on financial performance, including key metrics, variances, and KPIs
• Develop executive presentations that clearly communicate financial results, trends, and business forecasts
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to support specific projects or business inquiries
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to support strategic initiatives, cost management, and revenue enhancement
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders, enhancing financial understanding and transparency
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
• Automate and enhance current financial processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' finance or accounting
• Managerial experience

Preferred:

• Public accounting audit experience
