LCM Administrative Support
Updating internally generated documents that monitor, assess, analyze, maintain, and measure the performance of Lifecycle Management activities performed. These documents are generated by, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office Pro Plus tools such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
Generating reports, performing database exports, monitoring ITSM ticket queue performance, monitoring calendar events, and providing critical updates to leadership when appropriate.
Reviewing Electronic Bills of Materials (EBOM), Independent Cost Estimates, Vendor Proposals, and awarded contracts for accuracy and completeness.
Must have strong communication skills, professional writing skills, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., ability to prepare Microsoft (MS) Excel Pivot Tables, ability to identify duplicates in an Excel spreadsheet, ability to use MS Excel Power Query for extract, transform, and load functions, ability to use MS Word, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interface
Operating in a large team environment and interfacing multiple times daily with internal and external customers
Scheduling recurring meetings, maintain calendars, coordinate calls and interface with other Industry and agency support staff.
Data Entry
Capturing and maintaining Information Technology components and assets in a database, tool, or internally developed document or artifact.
Performing data entry tasks into multiple Information Technology Service Management, asset management, software management, and other vendor specific databases and tools.
